No. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account may result in account termination, legal action, and criminal liability under Philippine law.

The Platform provides bar review materials, including video lectures, audio recordings, study notes, assessments, quizzes, and other educational resources. All content is the intellectual property of AlphaLex or its licensors and is intended for your personal learning only.

No. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, recording, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability. You may only use the content for your personal study purposes on the Platform.

Yes, for the best experience, AlphaLex highly recommends:
  • Using Google Chrome as your default browser
  • Having a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
  • Accessing the Platform via a desktop or laptop instead of a smartphone or tablet
AlphaLex is not liable for technical issues or suboptimal performance resulting from unsupported browsers, devices, or slow internet.

Yes. Some features require limited access to your Google Drive and Google Calendar for storing, managing, and scheduling course materials and events. This access is strictly limited to Platform functionality and can be revoked by you at any time, although revoking may affect your experience.

No. While the Platform is built by topnotchers and powered by technology, AlphaLex cannot guarantee passing the Bar Examinations. Success depends on your effort, discipline, and adherence to the study program.

Violations—including account sharing, piracy, or misuse of content—may result in:
  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Removal of access to content
  • Pursuit of civil and criminal remedies under Philippine law

Your account remains valid as long as you comply with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For affiliate or special programs, participation may be limited to a single Bar Examination cycle, and re-enrollment is required for subsequent cycles.

AlphaLex collects and uses personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Your information is used to provide services, communicate updates, prevent unauthorized access, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your data.

Yes, but for the best learning experience, a desktop or laptop is strongly recommended. Some functionalities may not work properly on smartphones or tablets.

Yes. AlphaLex may update the Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.

The materials are accessible asynchronously. Lecture Videos will be released based on our prescribed bar calendar. There is no need to join any online meeting link (such as Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet). You study at your own pace and convenience.

The Watch Party function allows users to watch lectures together with friends or peers online without leaving home. You can host a session and invite others who are enrolled in the Platform, subject to your subscription tier. Watch the demo video to learn more.

The Collaborative Notes function lets users work on the same notes in real time. Invite friends who are enrolled in the Platform to collaborate, depending on your package tier. Watch this demo video to see how it works.

Yes. Kindly check our enrollment packages to see which include one-on-one or group mentoring sessions.

The reservation fee or downpayment is non-cancellable and non-refundable. If the balance is not paid before the allotted time, access to AlphaLex materials for the 2026 Bar Exams will be disabled. However, the reservation fee can still be used for the 2027 Bar Examinations.

We're sorry to hear that. All payments made are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, your payment can be applied as advance payment for the 2027 Bar Examinations once you complete your degree requirements.

Yes. Refresher participants may receive a Certificate of Completion depending on their enrolled package and participation in the program.

Currently, AlphaLex does not offer a demo account. However, registered users may be given limited access to sample lecture content.

Yes! You can still use the CV / Resume Builder feature of the Platform with limited functionality and visibility.
