AlphaLex is not liable for technical issues or suboptimal performance resulting from unsupported browsers, devices, or slow internet.

Yes. Some features require limited access to your Google Drive and Google Calendar for storing, managing, and scheduling course materials and events. This access is strictly limited to Platform functionality and can be revoked by you at any time, although revoking may affect your experience.

No. While the Platform is built by topnotchers and powered by technology, AlphaLex cannot guarantee passing the Bar Examinations. Success depends on your effort, discipline, and adherence to the study program.

Violations—including account sharing, piracy, or misuse of content—may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Removal of access to content
• Pursuit of civil and criminal remedies under Philippine law

Your account remains valid as long as you comply with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For affiliate or special programs, participation may be limited to a single Bar Examination cycle, and re-enrollment is required for subsequent cycles.

AlphaLex collects and uses personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Your information is used to provide services, communicate updates, prevent unauthorized access, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your data.

Yes, but for the best learning experience, a desktop or laptop is strongly recommended. Some functionalities may not work properly on smartphones or tablets.

Yes. AlphaLex may update the Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.

The materials are accessible asynchronously. Lecture Videos will be released based on our prescribed bar calendar. There is no need to join any online meeting link (such as Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet). You study at your own pace and convenience.

The Watch Party function allows users to watch lectures together with friends or peers online without leaving home. You can host a session and invite others who are enrolled in the Platform, subject to your subscription tier. Watch the demo video to learn more.

The Collaborative Notes function lets users work on the same notes in real time. Invite friends who are enrolled in the Platform to collaborate, depending on your package tier. Watch this demo video to see how it works.

Yes. Kindly check our enrollment packages to see which include one-on-one or group mentoring sessions.

The reservation fee or downpayment is non-cancellable and non-refundable. If the balance is not paid before the allotted time, access to AlphaLex materials for the 2026 Bar Exams will be disabled. However, the reservation fee can still be used for the 2027 Bar Examinations.

We're sorry to hear that. All payments made are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, your payment can be applied as advance payment for the 2027 Bar Examinations once you complete your degree requirements.

Yes. Refresher participants may receive a Certificate of Completion depending on their enrolled package and participation in the program.

Currently, AlphaLex does not offer a demo account. However, registered users may be given limited access to sample lecture content.

Yes! You can still use the CV / Resume Builder feature of the Platform with limited functionality and visibility.

I. PROMO PERIOD

The promo shall run from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, covering the 2026 Philippine Bar Examinations, including the official release of results by the Supreme Court of the Philippines and the awarding period thereafter.

II. ELIGIBILITY

1. The promo is open exclusively to bona fide enrollees of the Sponsor for the 2026 Bar Examination cycle.
2. Enrollees who are publicly or privately associated with, endorsed by, or claimed by a competing review center shall be disqualified from participating in or receiving any prize under this promo.

III. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE REDEMPTION

1. Participant must be an enrollee of the Sponsor during the covered Bar Examination cycle.
2. All participants who have paid the full amount of the Silver, Gold, and Platinum review package availed of are AUTOMATICALLY JOINED TO ENTER THIS PROMO.  For this purpose, any de minimis promo discounts not exceeding P1,000.00 that may have been availed of at the time of the enrollment shall not disqualify the participant.
3. Participant must place within the Top 10 of the official Bar Examination results as released by the Supreme Court of the Philippines.

IV. PRIZES AND DISTRIBUTION FOR REDEMPTION

A total cash prize pool of One Million Pesos (₱1,000,000.00), gross of tax, shall be distributed as follows:

Top 1 – ₱300,000.00

Top 2 – ₱200,000.00

Top 3 – ₱150,000.00

Top 4 – ₱100,000.00

Top 5 – ₱100,000.00

Top 6 to 10 – ₱25,000 each

V. TIE-BREAKING RULES

In case of a tie in any ranking, the corresponding cash prize shall be divided equally among the qualified participants who obtained the same rank.

VI. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

Qualified winners shall be determined based solely on the official Bar Examination results released by the Supreme Court of the Philippines and shall be announced by the Sponsor through its official channels.

Participants who rank 1 to 10 in the bar examinations and who possess all of the qualifications and none of the disqualifications will be notified via their registered email of the prizes not later than 7 days from the release of the results of the 2026 bar examinations by the Supreme Court.

For this purpose, qualified winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, photograph, and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

VII. AWARDING AND CLAIMING OF REDEMPTION PRIZES

1. Winners shall be formally recognized during an Awarding Ceremony organized by the Sponsor.
2. To claim the cash prize, winners must:
   • Present valid government-issued identification;
   • Execute the required Ambassador and Mentor Agreement with the Sponsor; and
   • Comply with all promo requirements.
3. Failure to comply with the foregoing requirements within one (1) month from release of bar results shall result in forfeiture of the prize.

VIII. AMBASSADOR AND MENTOR AGREEMENT

1. All prize recipients are required to sign a contract appointing them as Ambassador and Mentor of the Sponsor until the conclusion of the following year’s Bar Examinations.
2. During this period, the winner shall not affiliate with, endorse, mentor for, or be associated with any other bar review center.
3. In case of breach of the agreement or premature termination due to the fault of the winner, the winner shall be required to return the full amount of the cash prize received, without interest.

IX. TAXES

All cash prizes are subject to applicable taxes under Philippine law. Any tax due shall be for the account of the winner, unless otherwise required by law.

X. DISQUALIFICATION

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or misleading information;
• Fails to comply with any provision of these mechanics; or
• Engages in conduct that materially damages the reputation of the Sponsor.

XI. CONTINGENCY ARRANGEMENTS

In the event that the Supreme Court does not release a Top 10 ranking, alters the ranking system, postpones the Bar Examination, or otherwise changes the structure of official results, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify the prize structure in a manner consistent with the spirit of this promo.

XII. GENERAL TERMS

1. Prizes are non-transferable.
2. The Sponsor’s decision on all matters relating to the promo shall be final and binding, subject to government regulations.
3. The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promo in case of fraud, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control.
4. The promo shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
